Lovely base for a few days to see KL

Lovely hotel/condo/suites. Dated but lovely. The apartment was cleaned everyday and was incredibly spacious (3 beds). The view was lovely we could see the KL tower (city view)

Some parts of the public spaces are dated. But functional.

God breakfast. Nice staff. The price for one week it really fair. You get what you pay for. But something could be better.

the apartment is very worn. especially the bathroom. the faucets are dripping. the hand wash has stopped. and there was mold on the curtain and tiles.

Nice hotel good value for money.

The location is perfect. The staff are delightful. Size of the room is nice. And breakfast was also very nice.

Could use a little more maintenance. The wooden blinds which separate the bedroom from the living room moved really difficult. And the badroom is outdated. Which gave it a not so clean vibe. Not because it wasn’t clean but because of the neglected maintenance.

Good location , good value for money but a bit old facilities

-It was good value for money -Big room with all facilities like kitchen , fridge , freezer etc , perfect when you’re travelling with a toddler. -Breakfast was amazing , especially croissants -Location was 5 min walk from twin towers - service was nice

-Facilities were a bit old like iron stand and iron. -Our bathroom and kitchen sinks kept on clogging throughout the stay but they came instantly to fix it short term * not for people with dust allergy , the room was with carpet so it triggered my allergies

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Next to a Metro Station. Within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers. Well priced.

Very pleasantly surprised!

I wasn’t prepared to like this property as much as I did! 1. Seamless easy parking. Fast check in and check out. 2. Apartments was a good size and had everything you could need. I actually like the muted tones and the furnishings. I like corridors and kitchens that are set apart from the rest of the apartment (yes, I’m weird like that) so the layout was a dream to me. 3. Food and drinks were good and affordable! Didn’t need to leave the apartment as a result. 4. Nothing much at the location unless you want to go to Troika sky dining. But it’s a hop and a skip away from the bus and lrt station, or a 10 min walk to Suria KLCC. There is construction nearby, but I don’t think I heard any sounds from it (or it wasn’t bad enough to register & remember).

Nothing that I could think of to be honest. And I’m usually a fussy customer! There seemed to be a small party at another apartment on my floor. Two guys were bringing presents and a big bunch of balloons. Given the strict CMO SOPs at the time, I hope the hotel checked it out and managed it accordingly. I wanted to report it, but felt bad being a party pooper. There was no noise or anything so I’m assuming it was. Will be back!

The hotel was good but staffs need more customer service training.

The breakfast was very good. Almost all food i tried was tasty. Even the bread was fluffy. Good job chefs!

The frontline staffs were all not friendly. At 39 Restaurant, they didnt greet us, although they were all on masks, im sure they were not smiling at us at all. During checkout, we accidently paid at the machine instead at the lobby counter and the fee was more expensive. When i askd about this at the counter, the staff sarcasticly said something like "yeah, thats why u should ask here 1st. Theres nothing i can if u already paid there". I didnt expect to get a refund from the parking fee, but that was just rude the way he responded. Other than that, the aircond was not functioning well. We were sweating, i read reaviews about this before but i didnt expect i will experiencing it during my stay. I think Management should seriously fix this issue.

Almost everything.. we can say condo size..big room..big hall..8 seater dining..each room has personal bathroom..additional toilet if u invite someone outside

I know it is not new hotel building but difficult to charge your phone.. simple breakfast.. but we also have ala carte lunch at the 39 restaurant...but even my mum teh tarik is better

Room really outstanding. location wise meet my expectation. overall really satisfied.

the waiter should more alert especially during collecting an used glasses/cup or plate which left over using their plastic glove. Make sure change the glove after picking up those used plate n glasses and change new glove when you want to serve the new foods or glasses or plate. Hygiene is important especially during this pandemic.
