Lovely staff, great breakfast, spacious room and good location
Spacious room, lovely gracious staff and close to transport and walking distance to Petronas Towers
The kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. Half a roll of toilet paper left. The bathroom basin was cracked and bathroom cabinets very old need replacing, shower base was very slippery, handrails towel rails loose. We needed to call for plumbing services twice.

Excellent value for money.Close walk to KLCC shopping mall
The room was like an apartment. With a kitchenette, huge fridge, microwave. Very spacious with separate bedroom. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Lovely big swimming pool. Friendly staff.
The room needed some maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the security latch was hanging off and the safe needed new batteries.
